The Working of our I-PROVIDING Model

Your contact center is connected via a fast internet connection to
one of our telecom platforms, which contains a separate working
area for the number of agents and supervisor logins you require.
To make it easier to visualize the process: your work place
makes contact with our platform through your internet
connection, and asks permission to make contact with the
applications. Our platform then gives you access to your working
area, through which you can work with the applications.

Other users of the platform cannot see your working area, nor
can they access it in any way. Only HTSE system administrators
can see all the campaigns, so that they can carry out their
helpdesk tasks properly. They also need to keep a full overview
of the progress of various campaigns on the platform, to ensure
that the optimum services can be delivered to every platform
user.

With our 'ASP' setup, no server equipment is needed in the work
place, neither are switchboards nor telephone lines. In this way,
every work place can be set up quickly as a call center work
place, and on your side no additional system administration is
necessary. Home offices can also be quickly set up in this way,
and management can oversee the performance of the operation
from any location.
